Vanessa was incredible to work with. She goes above and beyond! She drew me a diagram of my balloon build out and even shared her personal contact with me. 7 star Customer service !

Super friendly staff, both when I called in advance to ask for their hours and in person when I popped in. Location is a little hidden and the stairs down look like a slipping hazard, but the stock inventory they have is pretty good.

I went in looking for balloons for a baby birthday, (animal balloons and number balloons) which they had plenty of. It looked like they were preparing for quite a few large orders at the same time so store was a little cramped with the setups, but they did give me a few ideas of what other balloons I could get!

Good selection and great people. Wish they had better stairs though

I am recommending this to anyone who needs balloons and GREAT customer service.
I had originally wanted to go with another company simply based on location.
However, after reading reviews about that other company, along with their inability to deliver on orders less than $100, I said "F it - there's gotta be another place I can go to."

I had a co-worker who's birthday was Friday, 5/19. We had a lot of things going on at work, and I was unable to do much research ahead of time. That morning, I looked online during my commute, and decided to check Balloons To Go out. I am so freaking happy I did.

No only was Vanessa SUPER helpful, but Balloons To Go was able to fulfill a same day order prior to my co-worker's birthday event. Granted - I don't recommend this because (1) you may not always get lucky as the place might be too busy and (2), I'm assuming you don't like anxiety. The end result was fantastic, and my co-worker was super delighted (as was I).

I was very stressed about an elaborate balloon kit for my best friend's Gender Reveal party, and these guys were fantastic. They even opened up early on Sunday for me to pickup the order.

I ordered 3 balloons to be picked up the next day. Paid $70. I was told to come pick them up the next day at 10am, but when I arrived, the store was still closed. No one came to open the store until 10:20am. When I entered, 2 of the 3 balloons had popped overnight, so I had to wait even longer for them to re-do 2 of the balloons. I had paid extra for "high float" to keep the balloons perky and floating for extra time, but when I arrived to the event that evening with the balloons, one of the had shrunken substantially. I'm very disappointed in customer service and product. I will not return.

Very attentive staff! I called for a last minute order and the staff were able to accommodate my request given the short timeline. They even delivered the balloons to the Uber driver!

I've meant to write this review months ago but better late than never.

I was planning a last minute 1st birthday party for my nephew and Balloons to go were absolute life savers. I literally called the day before the party to order two dozen balloons and they even had the party theme colors. These guys are pretty amazing and have great quality balloons. Thanks!

I highly recommend Balloons To Go! I was tasked with doing stuffed balloon mailers for a high profile client, initially I was using a different vendor who last minute told me that they could not fulfill the request. In a panic, I reached out to Balloons To Go, who not only said they could help but ordered a special machine for us just to get it done. They went above and beyond and gave exceptional service, even when things were changed multiple times. Kitty and Vanessa were so amazing and I highly recommend for any balloon or specialty balloon orders you need. They were delivered without a hitch! Thank you again!
