The Morgan Stanley and Food Bank for NYC annual event brought volunteers and supporters together in Times Square to fight hunger across New York City. For an event in a location this high-profile, the décor had to do two things: hold up to the elements outdoors, and stand out against one of the most visually crowded backdrops on earth. We delivered both.
We built outdoor balloon columns in the event's orange and blue colors, anchored and weighted to stay put on a busy Times Square street, and topped each one with a large round balloon for height and impact. They framed the registration tables and gave the whole activation a clear, branded visual anchor that guests could spot from down the block.

Filling a Giant Custom Inflatable Globe
The centerpiece was a giant custom inflatable — a printed globe carrying the Morgan Stanley and Food Bank for NYC "Global Volunteer Month" branding. Our team handled the inflation and setup on-site, getting it filled, secured, and floating above the event in the middle of a live Times Square street. Large custom inflatables like this are one of the most effective ways to put a logo high above a crowd where everyone — and every passing camera — can see it.
