2. Call ahead for big orders — A few balloons? Just walk in. Dozens, numbers or columns? Order ahead.
3. Walk in and pick up — Come by during shop hours. No delivery fee when you pick up.

Carrying Balloons Around NYC

Taxi or rideshare — Easiest for anything more than a few balloons.
Subway — Fine for a small bunch. Avoid rush hour and watch the doors.
Wind — Hold balloons low and close, with foil balloons inside the bunch.
Cold — Helium shrinks outdoors in winter. Balloons fill back out once inside.
Heat — Never leave balloons in a hot car or direct sun.

What are your hours?
Monday to Wednesday 10 AM–4 PM, Thursday to Saturday 10 AM–5 PM. Sundays are for pre-arranged orders only.
Can I get balloons filled with helium at your shop?
Yes, we inflate balloons with helium right here in the shop. If you're bringing in balloons bought elsewhere, call us first at (212) 989-9338 and we'll tell you what we can fill that day.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $50. If you pick up, there's no delivery fee to add.
How long will my helium balloons float?
Standard latex helium balloons usually float for around 8–12 hours, so pick them up on the day of your event. Foil balloons usually last several days or more.
