For a corporate event hosted by Arch Insurance at T-Squared Social in Midtown Manhattan, we brought the brand to life in balloons: custom logo balloons printed with the Arch name, bouquets in the company's blues and silver, and an organic garland framing giant light-up ARCH letters.
Arch Insurance hosted its team at T-Squared Social, a 22,000-square-foot sports bar and event space on East 42nd Street, just off Fifth Avenue and a short walk from Grand Central. With golf simulators, duckpin bowling and darts, the venue already had energy. Our job was to make it unmistakably Arch. As a women-owned, Chelsea-based studio with 45+ years of experience, we designed, delivered and installed every piece on-site.

The Design: Arch Blue, Sky Blue & Silver
We built the whole look around Arch's brand palette, so the balloons matched the screens, banners and tablecloths already in the room. Here's what we created:
- Custom logo balloons — large royal-blue balloons printed with the white Arch logo, set at the top of each bouquet where everyone can see them
- Branded balloon bouquets — tall bouquets in royal blue, sky blue, silver and grey, framing both sides of the event's giving table
- An organic balloon garland — a full, free-flowing garland in the same blues and silvers, draped over and around giant light-up ARCH marquee letters
- Chrome and metallic accents — mirror-shine silver balloons that catch the venue's spotlights and make the blues pop
