When Santander Bank opened its new location at 437 Lexington Avenue in Midtown East, we dressed it in Santander red and white from the street to the logo wall: window displays that stopped people on the sidewalk, hanging balloons over the entrance and balloon cascades inside.
A grand opening has one job: get people to notice you're there. On a busy Midtown East avenue, a few blocks from Grand Central, that means decor that reads from across the street. We built the whole look around Santander's brand red, paired with white and silver, so every window, doorway and wall said the same thing: we're open. The windows did the heavy lifting. Red and white balloons filled the storefront glass, so the opening was visible to everyone walking or driving down Lexington. In the Work Café windows and the corner window, balloon displays floated behind the glass, turning the whole facade into a signal that something new had arrived.

Inside, we carried the same palette through the space so the experience felt consistent from the sidewalk to the counter:
