From first message to finished room

Most events need 1–2 weeks. Simple requests can often be ready in a day or two, and same-day is possible for an extra fee.

  1. Tell us the plan

    Your date, venue, colors and a rough guest count. A photo of the room helps.

  2. Get a design and quote

    We reply within one business day with ideas that fit your budget. Our minimum order is $50.

  3. We build it in Chelsea

    Every arch, column and sculpture is made by hand in our studio on West 15th Street.

  4. We deliver and install

    Our team sets everything up on-site before guests arrive, anywhere in NYC.

Do you deliver and set up anywhere in NYC?
Yes. We deliver and install across all five boroughs and nearby New Jersey, and our team handles setup before your guests arrive.
How far in advance should I book?
Simple requests can often be ready in 1–2 days, most events need 1–2 weeks, and large galas or ceiling work need 3–4 weeks. Same-day service is available for an additional fee. See how far in advance to book.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $50 plus delivery. You can also pick up from our Chelsea shop to skip the delivery fee. See our pricing guide.
Can I walk in and buy helium balloons?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday at 236 W 15th St. See helium balloons and pickup for hours and directions.
Can you put our logo on balloons?
Yes. We print custom vinyl branding directly onto balloons. Allow 3–4 weeks for printing. See custom balloons.
Can NYC public schools order from you?
Yes. We're an official NYC Department of Education vendor (#KIV009988) and decorate graduations and school events across the city.
